Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vaura. We appreciate your support and want to make sure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order has been placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. During new releases, restocks, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Vaura's control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and available shipping options.

Any free-shipping promotions offered by Vaura will be subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Vaura is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to Vaura because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the package shipped again.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier for additional information.

You may also contact Vaura, and we will do our best to assist you with locating your shipment or determining the appropriate next steps.

Vaura is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation.

If the issue is determined to be an error on our behalf, Vaura will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Vaura currently ships within the United States only.

International shipping may become available in the future. Any updates regarding international availability will be announced through our website and official social media channels.

Pre-Orders

If an item is sold as a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page.

Pre-order items are not ready for immediate shipment and will ship according to the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase. Production or shipping delays may occur, and customers will be notified of significant changes whenever possible.
